Tuna, Bean and Onion Salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

250g canned cannellini beans
1 X 300g can of CALLIPO TUNA SLICES in olive oil
½ red onion from Tropea
Olive oil, vinegar and parsley (t.t.)


Wash the onion and slice thinly. Transfer to a bowl with cold water and two spoonfuls of vinegar, stirring occasionally. Place the drained Callipo Tuna into a salad bowl, add the washed onion and the cannellini beans (without their preservative liquid).
Season everything with oil, add a bit of chopped parsley and stir it all together.
