Cod Fillets with vegetable

Ingredients for 4 people:

400 g Cod fillets in olive oil
140 g peppers
140 g courgettes
140 g aubergines
60 g onions
Salt, black pepper, oregano, olive oil to taste.

Method:

Cut the vegetables, sauté them in olive oil, then add salt, black pepper and oregano. Place the Cod fillets at the centre of a dish and cover them with the vegetables.
