Tagliolini Noodles with Anchovies and Lemon

Ingredients for 4 servings:

240g tagliolini
1 x 75g jar of Callipo Anchovy Fillets in extra virgin olive oil
Half a spring onion
60g butter
150ml sour cream
Salt and pepper (t.t.)



In a pan, sauté the butter and the pre-sliced onion. Mix together the Callipo Anchovy Fillets, extra virgin olive oil, a bit of the water used to cook the pasta (which has been put onto boil in the meantime), parsley, sour cream, and grated lemon.
Add the cooked pasta and mix together well.
