Spaghetti with Tuna and Artichokes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

320g spaghetti
1 X 190g jar of CALLIPO TUNA FILLETS with artichoke hearts
1 clove of garlic
Extra virgin olive oil
Chopped parsley (t.t.)
Salt (t.t.)

 
 

Method:

Lightly pan-fry the chopped-up up garlic in the extra virgin olive oil. Add the drained and chopped-up CALLIPO TUNA FILLETS with artichoke hearts and continue cooking for another two minutes.
Cook the pasta in copious amounts of salted water, drain and transfer to the pan. Mix everything together well, sprinkle over the chopped parsley and serve.
