Pappardelle Pasta with Tuna and Pesto

Ingredients for 4 servings:

500g pappardelle pasta;
2 x 190g jars of Callipo Tuna Fillets with Ligurian pesto;
1 white onion;
50g grated cheese;
Extra virgin olive oil and salt (t.t.);
A few basil leaves



Brown the chopped up onion in a pan with the extra virgin olive oil. Boil the pappardelle pasta and then pan-fry lightly with the onion for around 2 minutes. Add the Callipo Tuna Fillets with Ligurian pesto and the grated cheese, and mix everything together. Garnish with a few basil leaves.
