Paccheri Pasta with Tuna and Red Onion from Tropea

Ingredients for 4 servings:

350g mezze penne pasta
1 x 190g jar of CALLIPO TUNA FILLETS with Red Onion from Tropea
Oregano
Extra virgin olive oil and salt (t.t.)

 
 

Method:

In a pan, heat the CALLIPO TUNA with Red Onion from Tropea for a couple of minutes with the extra virgin olive oil. In the meantime, boil the pasta in copious amounts of salted water.
When it is ready, drain, transfer to the pan and cook for around a minute, stirring with a wooden spoon.
Add a sprinkling of oregano before serving.
