Mediterranean Paccheri Pasta

Ingredients for 4 servings:

350g mezze penne pasta
1 x 190g jar of CALLIPO TUNA FILLETS with Sun-Dried Tomatoes
4 small mozzarellas
Oregano
1 clove of garlic
Extra virgin olive oil and salt (t.t.)

 
 

Method:

Lightly pan-fry the chopped-up garlic and add the CALLIPO TUNA with Sun-dried Tomatoes. Cook for a couple of minutes.
In the meantime, boil the pasta in copious amounts of salted water.
When it is ready, drain and transfer to the pan. Add the small cubed mozzarellas and cook for around a minute, stirring with a wooden spoon.
Add a sprinkle of oregano before serving.
