Linguine Pasta with Tuna and Capers

Ingredients for 4 servings:

320g linguine pasta
1 200g jar of MISTER TONNELLO CALLIPO in olive oil
180g pachino cherry tomatoes
130g de-salted capers
1 clove of garlic
Parsley (t.t.)
Extra virgin olive oil and salt (t.t.)



In a pan, lightly brown the garlic with the extra virgin olive oil. Add the diced tomatoes, capers and season with salt. Cook for around 10 minutes. Add the drained MISTER TONNELLO CALLIPO and continue cooking over a high heat for a couple of minutes.
Cook the pasta, drain and add to the tuna.
Serve immediately.
