Tuna Mousse with Slices of Toasted Bread

Ingredients for 4 servings:

3 x 80g cans of CALLIPO TUNA in olive oil
150g mayonnaise
50g capers
8 slices of bread
50ml white wine
Parsley (t.t.)



Drain the CALLIPO TUNA, crumble into small pieces and add the capers. Mix together with the mayonnaise, parsley and white wine.
Toast the slices of bread. Using a pastry bag, create rose-shaped rolls on each plate with the mousse and garnish with the slices of toasted bread.
