Tuna Bottarga* Canapés

Ingredients for 4 servings:

8 slices of bread
1 x 100g jar of CALLIPO TUNA BOTTARGA in extra virgin olive oil
Green stoned olives
Olive oil (t.t.)
Rocket (t.t.)

 
 

Method:

Butter the slices of bread and spread with the CALLIPO TUNA BOTTARGA, which you have already crumbled up. Add olives to each canapé, arrange on a serving dish and serve on a bed of rocket.
