Appetizer:
Summer Bread Baskets

Ingredients for 4 servings:

4 large bread rolls
2 slices of bread
1 small cucumber
6 cherry tomatoes
3 radishes
½ yellow pepper
50 g green beans
1 x 200g jar of CALLIPO TUNA FILLETS in olive oil
1 clove of garlic
Wine vinegar
Olive oil and salt (t.t.)

 
 

Method:

Toast the slices of bread in the oven. Take them out, rub with a clove of garlic, then break them up into chunky pieces and drizzle with a few drops of oil. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half, cut the radishes into pieces and the slice the cucumber. Grill half of the pepper and boil the green beans. Season all of the vegetables with oil, salt and a small amount of vinegar. Add the CALLIPO TUNA FILLETS, drained and mixed. Finish with the chunks of bread. Take off the tops of the bread rolls and remove the filling. Lastly, stuff them with the vegetables and the bread.
