Spicy Canapés

Ingredients for 4 servings:

8 slices of sandwich bread
1 x jar of TUNA FILLETS with Ligurian pesto
1 x jar of TUNA FILLETS with artichoke hearts
16 basil leaves

 
 

Method:

Cut each slice of sandwich bread in half diagonally, creating triangles.
Toast them in the oven or in a hot non-stick pan.
Place a piece of TUNA FILLET with Ligurian pesto on some of the slices, and place a piece of TUNA FILLET with artichoke hearts on the others.
On each plate, arrange two canapés with TUNA FILLETS with Ligurian pesto and two canapés with TUNA FILLETS with artichoke hearts. Garnish with a few basil leaves.
