Rustic Canapés

Ingredients for 4 servings:

8 slices of sandwich bread
1 x jar of TUNA FILLETS with sun-dried tomatoes
1 X jar of TUNA FILLETS with ‘Nduja (spicy spreadable Calabrian sausage)
16 basil leaves

 
 

Method:

Cut each slice of sandwich bread in half diagonally, creating triangles.
Toast them in the oven or in a hot non-stick pan.
Place a piece of TUNA FILLETS with sun-dried tomatoes on some of the slices, and a piece of TUNA FILLET with Calabrian ‘Nduja on the others.
On each plate, arrange two canapés with TUNA FILLETS with sun-dried tomatoes and two canapés with TUNA FILLETS with Calabrian ‘Nduja, garnishing with a few basil leaves.
