Roulade of Pumpkin and Tuna

Ingredients for 4 servings:

1 x 200g jar of CALLIPO TUNA FILLETS in olive oil
280g pumpkin
150g emmental cheese
Salt, pepper and oil (t.t.)



Slice the pumpkin, season with salt and pepper and fry in hot oil.
Lay the slices out on a countertop and garnish with the pre-drained CALLIPO TUNA FILLETS and cubed emmental.
Create roulades and dish out on a serving plate.
