Roulade of Aubergines Stuffed with Tuna and Ricotta Cheese

Ingredients for 4 servings:

1 x 190g jar of CALLIPO TUNA FILLETS with red onion from Tropea
100g ricotta cheese
4 slices of aubergine
50g chives
100g fresh parsley
Extra virgin olive oil (t.t.)
Salt and pepper (t.t.)

 
 

Method:

Arrange the pre-grilled aubergine slices on a dish. Season with pepper and parsley. Add the CALLIPO TUNA FILLETS with red onion from Tropea and the ricotta cheese.
Create a roulade and tie together with chive.
