Pancakes with Tuna and Black Olives

Ingredients for 4 servings:

200g flour
½ litre sparkling mineral water
1 x 160g can of MISTER TON in olive oil
100g black olives
Extra virgin olive oil (t.t.)
Salt (t.t.)

 
 

Method:

Pour the flour into a bowl and gradually add the water, carefully mixing the batter until you have a fluid consistency. Add a small amount of salt.
Drain the MISTER TON and add it to the mixture. Add the black olives.
With a spoon, take a piece of tuna mixed with the batter and fry in boiling hot oil.
Serve your pancakes nice and hot.
