Croutons with goat cheese and Callipo Tuna


2 loafs of ciabatta bread
250g Fillets of Callipo Tuna in olive oil
200g goat cheese
Parmesan (t.t.)
Parsley (t.t.)
Extra virgin olive oil and salt (t.t.)



Cut the ciabatta bread into regular slices and toast in the oven with a sprinkling of salt and a drizzle of oil. Drain the Tuna Fillets and place them in a bowl with the goat cheese, mixing everything together well with a blender.
Add oil and parmesan. When ready, the cream should be both soft and dense. Fill the croutons with the tuna cream and decorate with sprigs of parmesan.
