Fillets of Tuna, made up of
Yellowfin species, are characterized by a light pink meat color
and lean meat. They are carefully selected and packed in glass-jar
by hand.
This range is for large-scale retail trade (i.e. supermarkets)
Product image in glass container,
thanks to fillets cutting which makes tuna more tender and tasty
and to olive oil clearness, shows to the consumer its integrity
and quality.
It is right with Fillets that Callipo began to pursue “quality
in glass” philosophy.
