of Yellowfin species, are characterized by a light pink meat
color and lean meat. They are carefully selected and packed
in glass-jar by hand.
This range is for large-scale retail trade (i.e. supermarkets)
They are recommended for those who are looking for a low fat
product (less than 1%)
but will also taste fillets good quality and genuineness.
